Services and Funding Options

Medicare: Services can be accessed through the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan. Please consult with your GP for a referral.

DVA: DVA health cards (Gold and White) can be used to receive services at our clinic. A GP referral (D904 form) must be presented to be eligible.

NDIS: Self-managed and plan-managed participants are welcome. We can come to you or you can come to our clinic/gym.

Private Health Insurance: Depending on your level of cover, you may be eligible for rebates on our services. Check with your insurance provider for details.

Workers Compensation: For injury-related exercise services, workers compensation cases can be accepted upon approval of the insurer.
