A graduate of the University of Sydney, Leon champions the holistic benefits of exercise, from improving strength and coordination to boosting mental clarity and emotional wellbeing. He believes everyone can find their own way to stay active, whether it’s a daily walk, lifting weights, or athletic training, and encourages clients to exercise at their own pace.

With experience as a disability support worker, Leon understands the unique challenges individuals face. His personal experience with persistent pain allows him to offer empathy and genuine understanding. Leon aims to help people from all walks of life achieve their fitness goals, understand the transformative power of exercise, and improve their quality of life. His personalised approach and genuine care make him an excellent choice for anyone embarking on their wellness journey.

Jeremy Pucheta - Senior Exercise Physiologist

Jeremy is the Director and Senior Exercise Physiologist at Move 2 Thrive Clinic, dedicated to empowering people of all abilities. With over 15 years in the fitness industry and 7 years in the allied health sector, Jeremy is deeply committed to helping individuals reach their full potential.

His journey began as a support worker and volunteer for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance and continued in diverse settings, including hospitals, gyms, and communities.

Now, as the driving force behind Move 2 Thrive Clinic, Jeremy ensures that every client receives exceptional care and achieves the best possible outcomes. A passionate advocate for inclusion and wellness, his unwavering dedication to positive change makes his work both impactful and fulfilling.
