His commitment shines brightest in his work, especially in helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Currently, Peter is making a significant impact by offering home visits to NDIS participants in the Blue Mountains and Penrith areas. This initiative reflects his dedication to bringing personalised care and support right into the homes of those looking to improve their health and fitness. It's a testament to Peter's belief in the transformative power of tailored fitness guidance and his ongoing commitment to empowering individuals on their wellness journey.

Jeremy is the director and senior exercise physiologist of Move 2 Thrive Clinic, an exercise physiology company dedicated to empowering people of all abilities. With 15+ years in the fitness industry and 7+ years of experience in the allied health sector, Jeremy fosters a deep commitment to helping individuals with all abilities reach their full potential. His journey started as a support worker and volunteer for Cerebral Palsy Alliance and continued as he worked in various settings such as hospitals, gyms and communities. A passionate advocate for inclusion and wellness, Jeremy's unwavering resolve to bring about positive change to the community makes his work both satisfying and enduring.
