Bookings are not effective until confirmed by us. Cancellation or rescheduling fees will apply as follows:

b. More than 24 hours’ notice: no fee.
A cancellation fee applies as above, regardless of a deposit.
If we cancel a service, no fee applies, and you may reschedule or receive a full refund without deductions or fees.
